Albert Goldman was born in Alexandria (Egypt) on 1922. He immigrated in Israel on 1951. First followed career of hotel management. Studies: 1936 Art with Italian and Greek artists in Alexandria; 1956 with Avraham Yaskil and Meyerovitch, Haifa, and with Moshe Propes, Tel Aviv. Teaching: Art. Prize: 1982 B`nai B`rith, Dan Region. His techniques and media comprise oil, aquarelle (watercolor), gouache, tempera, acrylic, pastel, oil pastel, wax, wood and linoleum cuts, decoration of walls and doors, etc. Art critics present him as naturalist-impressionist with a rich palette, very competent in using the colors to achieve luminous and heartwarming effects. Displayed in his studio and home collection one is surprised to discover his other styles: classic, cubism, abstract, and futurism. One can observe his originality in the special texture of his works.
